The hotel is fairly clean and relaxing, offers marvellous and gorgeous location down the mountain over the jungle with 13 zip lines. A gourmet restaurant serves excellent food.

The location is absolutely breathtaking! You can easily walk to all four restaurants and even take a short hike up the nearby mountain to enjoy 13 thrilling zip lines through the jungle 🌿.

A too quiet hotel, good to rest in

The food. The transfer from the hotel in the boat, is made in very long schedules, for example deliver my room before 10am and until 11am did not leave the boat, and there is no other way out unless you pay them an additional US$120.

My partner and I recently stayed at the Cayo Levantado Resort for a week-long vacation. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. We had a language barrier but found that most of the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us. The Italian restaurant had fantastic food, and the breakfast options were excellent. We also highly recommend the transportation service provided by ComingTo. The staff was professional, prompt, and had spotlessly clean vehicles for transport. The landscaping was beautiful, and the hotel's private beach was our favorite spot to relax.

The entertainment staff were wonderful and made our stay so much fun. Daily activities like volleyball and table tennis kept us entertained, and the nightly shows were very entertaining. The location of the hotel was amazing, with gorgeous water and a relaxing atmosphere. The food at the restaurants was delicious, and the service was great. The golf cart service was very convenient, with minimal wait times.

We felt very welcome during our stay and had no reason to complain.

The hotel is stunning with beautiful villas surrounded by well-kept gardens. The pools are amazing and the service is wonderful. The location on a small hill offers breathtaking views, and the crystal clear water on the back side of the island is paradise. The staff, from Eduardo at the beach bar to the Mediterranean restaurant, is helpful and pleasant. The breakfast is excellent.

Eduardo at the beach bar was exceptional in ensuring we had our favorite drinks as we lounged by the clean and beautiful pool. The hotel facilities were top-notch with a wide range of amenities that made our stay comfortable. The location was perfect, and we had a breathtaking view of the island from our room. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.
